you just follow my simple two step and some requirements

Requirements 

1  Airtel  operator sim

2  java supported Nokia phones like nokia 6300 nokia 3100 nokia2700 etc....

STEPS

Step 1

Go to massage > settings > Text massage > use packet data > set as YES

Step 2

  Go to settings > connectivity >packet data > set as ALWAYS ONLINE 

                 Now you can send unlimited sms to any network Enjoy life
