To configure TATA DOCOMO Internet Settings to HTC Mobiles 

* Go to Start-> Settings-> Connections
* Click on Connection Icon
* In the Task screen ( Click on the first option Add a new Modem Connection )
* Enter the name for the connection
* Select a modem ( Cellular Line GPRS )
* Access point name as eg;(TATA.DOCOMO.INTERNET) (all gprs apn available here)
* Leave the option Username, Password, Domain blank
* Click on Finish
* After the switch of the Phone for a while a Reboot it.
